From May 10th to 17th, Jelgava will host the 19th International Sand Sculpture Festival competition “SAND SIGNS 2025,” bringing together outstanding sand sculptors from around the world. This year’s theme is “Mythical Figures,” inviting artists to bring legends, mythological heroes, and mythical creatures to life.
Artists will be working in the Sand Sculpture Park on Pasta Island from May 10th to 15th, while visitors will be able to admire their creations on May 17th from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM during the festival’s grand opening. The event will kick off with an exciting program for children and families.
